PrimaLoft - European Public Relations and Communications Manager - Remote (European Union + United Kingdom)

PrimaLoft, Inc. is seeking a European Public Relations and Communications Manager to join our Brand Building Team.

As the European Public Relations and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR and communication strategies across multiple European markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to enhance our brand equity and visibility, manage corporate reputation, and drive engagement with key stakeholders. The European PR + Communications manager will be a part of the Global Brand Building team, which consists of Brand, Communications, and Creative, all working collaboratively and cross functionally to drive brand equity and awareness. The position will report into the Sr. Global Communications Manager, who sits in our HQ in Latham, NY.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans tailored to diverse European markets including, but not limited to, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Scandinavia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders across Europe.
• Day-to-day contact managing external European PR agency partners, overseeing implementation of brand and communication strategies across regional teams.
• Create compelling content for press releases, pitches, activations, and other platforms that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Organize and manage press events, product launches, and other PR activities across Europe.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including brand building, product strategy, sales, and executive leadership, to align PR and communication efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on PR and communication matters, including crisis management and reputation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to ensure proactive communication strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PR and communications, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns across European markets.
• Strong network of media contacts and influencers across Europe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, as well as digital marketing and social media channels.
• Ability to travel within EU and internationally (United States), up to 15%, for events, brand visits, and strategic meetings
• A love for the outdoors and the gear that enables you to experience it, is a plus
