We’re looking for an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our Timberland family for an exciting new pop-up store opening soon in Ochtrup!
As an Assistant Store Manager your input will be vital in supporting your Store Manager, helping contribute to the success of your store.

How you’ll make a difference
We expect that our Assistant Store Managers help deliver a memorable retail experience by:
- Driving sales and profitability alongside your Store Manager
- Coaching and motivating the team
- Supporting retail processes and looking for improvements
- Managing operations like inventory and P&L
- Tracking KPIs and boosting performance
- Ensuring visual merchandising is on point
- Stepping in when the Store Manager is away
- What makes you the perfect Assistant Store Manager?
- Passion for customer experience and team leadership
- Initiative and reliability
- Experience in store operations, budgeting, and merchandising
- Sensitivity: Internal Use
- Strong communication in Dutch and/or German and English
- On top of this, we expect that you will live and demonstrate our Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere.
