Our Retail Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide and support our growth journey, by leading the recruiting strategy and its execution for our APAC Retail Operations teams and Store Advisors and Leaders across our Chinese retail stores. You will utilize data, reports, and dashboards to illustrate the recruiting pipeline, analyze results and course correct where necessary.

Your mission

– Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for Chinese and broader APAC Retail roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, to offer negotiations & acceptance
– Collaborate with a range of global stakeholders on regional Retail roles based in multiple APAC locations
– Improve upon our existing programs and processes seeking to raise the bar with every hire
– With future opportunities in mind, manage your candidate pipeline across live roles, future-oriented talent pools and succession planning

Your story

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle retail recruiting both for stores and office roles
– Ability to partner successfully with global functional leaders and internal Talent teams
– Demonstrable examples of delivering a WOW candidate experience
– Business-level English knowledge in speaking and writing
