In short
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a
Styling Strategist. In this role, you will shape our brand’s styling direction across
various touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our global brand vision and objectives. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing styling guidelines across platforms and channels, while also leading the development and execution of a cohesive styling strategy. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate styling decisions seamlessly into broader brand strategies, ensuring a unified brand experience.
Your mission
– Understand the global vision for the apparel line and align styling efforts accordingly.
– Develop styling guidelines for different touchpoints, including campaigns, e-commerce, and retail displays.
– Organize workshops with relevant teams, such as PDP and campaigns marketing to present, plan and oversee styling for this season.
– Assist the design team in organizing fittings with external models, as well as participating in extra looks and high talent campaign fittings when necessary.
– Identify key stakeholders involved in styling decisions, such as the global merchandising team and understand their requirements and constraints.
– Implement styling guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity and objectives.
– Utilize data analysis, including website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and in-store performance, to measure the effectiveness of styling choices.
(this is in collaboration with the teams in charge of performance metrics)
– Drive sales performance by promoting head-to-toe styling across the entire brand, encouraging customers to purchase multiple items.
– Enhance brand visibility through public fashion shows and showrooms during market weeks, collaborations with creative media outlets and engagement with diverse communities.
Your story
– 3+ years experience as stylist (head to toe), or visual merchandiser in premium or luxury sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
– Exceptional styling expertise, with a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, color theory, and outfit building.
– A sharp eye for premium fashion trends, with the ability to balance performance functionality and high-end styling.
– Experience working on campaign styling, lookbooks, and retail environments in a premium fashion or sportswear setting.
– Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail.
– Ability to translate product technology and innovation into aspirational styling narratives.
– Strong visual storytelling and the ability to create looks that resonate with a high-end sportswear audience.
– Passion for sportswear, fashion, and performance apparel.
Meet the team
You will work with the On design studio within an international team, shaping the future On product line up. The design team includes footwear, apparel and spatial designers who all closely collaborate with shoe developers, product managers, material and innovation specialists, art directors and marketing professionals.
