Your Mission
As a Junior CMF Intern, you’ll dive into the creative process behind Salomon’s footwear — from color strategy and material scouting to real-world application. You’ll contribute to the development of seasonal palettes and material directions, working side by side with designers, developers, and product managers to bring stories to life through color and texture.
This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience inside a global brand’s design team, sharpen your creative instincts, and get exposure to the real pace of product creation in the outdoor and sportstyle industry.
What You’ll Do
- Help build seasonal CMF concepts in line with product and brand vision
- Support material sourcing and color material lab organization
- Collaborate with designers and developers to apply palettes to footwear silhouettes
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, trend moodboards, and digital tools
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorms, and cross-functional checkpoints
- Learn the tools, language, and daily flow of a top-tier CMF design team

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Industrial Design, Textile/Fashion Design, Materials, or a related creative field
- A curious and bold visual thinker with a love for color, materials, and storytelling
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint/Keynote
- Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
- Bonus: Interest in sport, outdoor culture, or sneaker/streetwear aesthetics
Additional Information
Internship agreement from your school/university is mandatory
Location: Annecy, France
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: 6 months (full-time, paid)
