At On, we are committed to redefining the way we move in sports and lifestyle. As we rapidly expand our Direct-to-Customer (DTC) channels, we are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – DTC Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will support both our Digital platform and Physical Store space, by working closely with the DTC Controlling Senior Leads to, strengthen planning and reporting processes, elevate system set-up and drive correct cost management.

Your mission

Planning & Reporting:
– Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for both DTC channels across our Global portfolio.
– Develop and refine financial models to support business growth.
– Consolidate inputs from regional teams to provide clear, data-driven insights to DTC leadership and senior stakeholders.

Month end closure:
– Manage the month-end closing process for DTC, ensuring accurate and timely P&L reporting.
– Work closely with accounting and other partner teams to ensure correct cost bookings.
– Provide commentary on financial performance versus forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.

Analysis & Recommendations:
– Deliver actionable insights by analyzing sales performance and drivers for Ecom and Retail.
– Deep dive into cost spending to identify insights to further drive margin improvements across geographies.

Process improvement:
– Enhance reporting tools and dashboards for real-time visibility of DTC performance metrics.
– Work closely with our Anaplan team to streamline planning processes with the business and regions.

Multi-functional team collaboration:
– Work closely with a variety of partner teams, providing financial guidance and deep diving into key areas of the business to maximise ROI.

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics or equivalent Business qualification.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling / Finance related field.
– Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting and forecasting skills.
– Ability to navigate uncertainty and be solutions oriented.
– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
– Fluent in English, spoken and written.
