We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead PMO to join our global Retail and Workplace Technology team at On’s headquarters in Zurich. This is a strategic role for a visionary PMO leader who thrives on structure, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering operational excellence at scale. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of On’s technology landscape across all physical locations, setting global standards for project execution and ensuring every initiative delivers value.

Your mission

Define and implement global PMO standards, frameworks, and governance models to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery

Lead the project intake and portfolio management process, including prioritization, budget oversight, and resource alignment

Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, driving accountability, alignment, and excellence across all initiatives

Partner with 3rd party vendors to optimize service levels, build strong strategic relationships, and ensure delivery quality

Facilitate PMO workshops to promote best practices, upskill internal teams, and align project methodologies across the globe

Conduct project debriefs and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and integrate continuous improvement

Ensure PCI DSS compliance is embedded in the planning and execution of all retail projects

Lead select high-impact projects end-to-end, acting as a role model for best-in-class project management

Your story

5+ years of experience in IT/Technology Project or Program Management

Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects on time and within budget

Deep understanding of PMO principles, methodologies, and tools

Strong leadership and team management experience

Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects with competing priorities

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors and service providers

Background in retail environments is a strong advantage

Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance is preferred

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
