As Senior Lead, Event Campaign & Projects, you will be responsible for shaping the global brand and campaign events—bringing On’s mission to life through bold and impactful activations.
You will lead the development of a high-impact events portfolio, aligning it with On’s brand and business objectives while creating activations that strengthen the brand, engage audiences, and push the boundaries of experiential marketing.

Your mission

Global Event Strategy
– Lead the development and stewardship of a high-impact, strategic events portfolio, ensuring alignment with On’s brand and business objectives.
– Set a cohesive event branding and product integration strategy that aligns with On’s identity and integrates the right products into each format.

Campaign Event Development
– Own the concept and toolkit development of key brand and campaign-driven event activations worldwide.
– Develop compelling brand and campaign event activations, setting a high bar for innovation and engagement.
– Partner with global and regional teams to ensure campaign events scale across markets while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.

Innovation & experimentation in Event formats
– Identify and implement new, cutting-edge event formats, technologies, and engagement tactics.
– Experiment with hybrid, digital, and in-person activations that push the boundaries of traditional event marketing.
– Build a playbook for best-in-class, scalable event concepts that build awareness, brand love, and product consideration.

Cross-Functional collaboration & leadership
– Work closely with Campaign teams, Brand, Studio, Retail, Digital, Community, and Partnerships teams to create a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
– Set the brief and requirements for the internal Event Design team to deliver effective event spatial designs and formats.
– Collaborate with external creative agencies, production teams, and partners to bring bold event concepts to life.
– Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the global events team, inspiring best practices and high-impact execution

Your story

– 8+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, and creative event strategy, ideally within a global brand, sportswear, or lifestyle industry.
– Proven track record of developing and executing high-profile global brand events that drive engagement and business impact.
– Strong creative and strategic mindset—able to conceptualize and lead world-class brand activations.
– Passion for sports, running culture, and movement—with an understanding of how to create meaningful event experiences that connect with athletes and communities.
– Experience in cross-functional collaboration, managing external agencies, and working across global/regional teams.
– Ability to think big and execute fast, balancing bold creativity with operational excellence.
– Data-driven approach, with experience in measuring event impact and optimizing for performance.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and inspiring approach to working with teams.
– Travel requirements: Travel approximately 25-35% of the time
