Amer Sports - Marketing Manager Nordics - Anywhere

We are looking for an operationally strong, innovative, and proactive Marketing Manager to join Atomic – the world’s leading ski brand. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing the Atomic Nordics marketing team across Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. You will locally manage and implement marketing activities based on the global brand marketing strategy and, together with the local team, plan and execute the omnichannel marketing plan in close collaboration with Sales, Product, and HQ Marketing.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and develop the Nordics ATOMIC Marketing team
• Create, plan and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy
• Develop a local media plan (online/offline) and coordinate with relevant partners (PR agency, global Digital Marketing Team)
• Enhance the online/offline consumer shopping experience in close collaboration with our retail partners.
• Manage adaptation and distribution of the marketing packages in collaboration with Area Sales Managers / Key Account Managers for all relevant retail partners
• Lead the implementation of the influencer and ambassador strategy across the Nordics and work closely with the Sales team planning and supporting events
• Own, track and report local budgets according to company guidelines
• Define and address local market needs to ensure tailored marketing support across the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland)

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the sports industry — experience in the ski industry is a clear plus
• Proven background in brand marketing, including national and international brand management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns
• Solid digital marketing and data-driven decision-making experience
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Team-oriented and proactive work attitude
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Tools and CRM systems
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
