Kipling Global is looking for an exceptional Global Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

As Global Marketing Operations Manager you will oversee & drive all aspects of Kipling marketing operations and projects, global brand and messaging alignment, GTM & Key Global Initiatives

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Supporting the Global Marketing GTM and being responsible for the Global marketing calendar by aligning and consolidating regional calendars and marketing plans

  • Managing and monitoring global budget, ensuring PO development and detailed tracking and reporting, while respecting the budget

  • Being the gatekeeper of the Kipling Brand DNA & purpose initiatives

  • Driving the flawless execution & elevation of E-com product shoots & descriptions, B2B & DAM projects

  • Driving the organization of the seasonal lifestyle shoots

  • Improving production efficiencies & KPI’s

  • Improving communication flow and processes among global, regional marketing teams

  • Driving the sustainability communication

  • Fostering an innovative test & learn mentality.

  • Creating an environment of respect & team development 

Skills for Success

To succeed in this role you must proactively organize global content and projects, simplify processes and clearly communicate Global plans and processes to the internal marketing teams and external vendors. With your strong influencing skills, you will get the regional marketing, sales teams, and external vendors to onboard with the global direction. You should have:

  • The ability to organize global projects fast and in precision.

  • The capability to play the role of equalizer. Be solution driven.

  • An understanding of the local and global nuances

  • An expertise in project – and people relationship management

  • A keen interest in digitalization, brand principles and content creation


  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management or Business

  • 5-7+ years of experience of which at least 2 in a global organization

  • Proven experience in:

    • people`s management

    • global marketing operations or a related role, strong in process Management (identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department)

    • GTM strategy & campaign planning

    • content (asset) management (lifestyle & product)

    • budget management 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
