Your story
– 6+ years of experience in demand, labor, or logistics planning in an omnichannel consumer goods environment
– Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for modeling; comfortable navigating and integrating multiple data systems (e.g., Looker, D365)
– Skilled at turning data into decisions; able to create forecasts, communicate plans, and assess risk or opportunity for operational partners
– Inquisitive and detail-oriented, with a drive for accuracy and the confidence to challenge unclear or inconsistent data
– Experienced in process improvement, with a structured and action-oriented mindset for building SOPs and driving scalable change
