As the Lead for Marketing Management focused on Sustainability & Innovation, you’ll be responsible for driving our campaigns and marketing efforts towards On’s vision of becoming the most premium global sportswear brand, built on innovation, design and sustainability.
To achieve this vision and bring our Sustainability and Innovation initiatives to our communities at scale, we’re looking for a dynamic leader who is a lateral thinker with strategic insight to join our Global Marketing Management team.
This role will report to the Senior Lead Marketing Management Sustainability & Innovation, and will be leading global marketing campaigns in collaboration with our creative studio, channels and regional stakeholders.

You’ll drive progress and scale of our initiatives by leading and managing 360 campaigns from brief to final execution, working closely with the Sustainability, Innovation and Product teams.
Please note, this is a maternity cover role, and we are looking for someone to start on 1st August 2025.
Your mission
– Lead the development and execution of complex Global Marketing Management focused on Sustainability & Innovation, from briefing to delivery. Ensuring each campaign resonates with our communities and achieves our strategic objectives.
– Foster collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion, leveraging the expertise of each department to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
– Monitor campaign performance and metrics rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously optimize and refine our strategies for maximum effectiveness.
– Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in finding solutions that maintain momentum and deliver exceptional outcomes.
– Contribute with strategic thinking on how to approach critical topics in a sensitive, honest and progressive way, being able to oversee language and claims.
– Supporting the Senior Lead in developing an overarching marketing strategy and roadmap for Sustainability & Innovation initiatives, in alignment with company goals and long term plans.
– Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
– Foster alignment and collaboration with both the Innovation and the Sustainability team throughout the process.
Your story
– A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency, coupled with proven leadership experience, is required for this role.
– Strong interest and knowledge on sustainability topics, with the ability to offer a critical perspective.
– A basic understanding of regulations around sustainability claims is a plus.
– Proven track record in successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
– Strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns.
– Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
– Ability to meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity.
– Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
– Excellent presentation skills
– Fluent in English
– Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus.
