As the Key Account Marketing Lead for On in North America, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts with key retail partners in the sneaker channel. You will develop a unique go to market strategy for each individual retailer focusing on bespoke campaigns, product launches, online engagement and community events. You will be part of a team that delivers dynamic consumer engagement opportunities and drives conversion in world-class retail experiences both in-store and online. You will partner closely with internal teams including campaigns, creative content, digital, and sales to translate global initiatives into regionally relevant, account specific tactics.

Your mission

– Initiate and lead an integrated go to market strategy for key retail partners that includes product launches, brand build campaigns, evergreen efforts, a robust digital marketing strategy and engaging community events
– Develop and oversee day to day marketing activations for several key accounts
– Actively participate in cross-functional key account strategic planning discussions
– Leverage sales and marketing data to produce reports analyzing the success and learnings of campaigns
– Ensure the brand story is told in a consistent and engaging way across all retail touchpoints both digital and in-store
– Coordinate with trade marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistency of in-store product presentation
– Manage large and complex marketing budgets across multiple accounts

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience preferred but not required to be considered
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail brand, brand marketing or comparable fields preferred
– Confident knowledge of the large retailer wholesale environment, both digital and brick and mortar
– Strong shareout skills to communicate your vision, successes, and challenges to key stakeholders
– Strong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spirit
– Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed
