– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland

Your mission

– We are the advanced navigators of On – we help to steer the business by analysing the past and predicting the future.
– Additionally, we are the finance business partners for Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Operations, Happiness Delivery and the regional management team.
– We bring information to all corners of organisation to drive more informed decision making
– We support our stakeholders in finding their way through the numbers and better understanding the business on an analytical level.

Your story

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
– Analytical skills, the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative storytelling, and a philosophy of letting data find a voice
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships across all organizational levels while working cross-functionally
– Experience in: Excel (pivot tables, power queries, macros), and BI tools / system experience
– Ability to read, write and speak Business English fluently. Any additional language skills are welcome

You will be part of a regional growing Finance team based in the Zurich HQ, collaborating closely with the global Finance organization and the commercial teams in the EMEA region.
