Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

– Start date: Sept 1, 2025
– Duration: 6 months
– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland

Your mission

– Support the additive manufacturing cell within The Dream On Labs
– Assist in preparing files and determining the productability materials for both additive and -subtractive manufacturing processes
– Service 3D printers, contribute to post-processing tasks, and help maintain high standards of workshop etiquette
– Learn to operate advanced machinery safely and effectively
– Collaborate with a wide range of teams across R&D
– Proactively address challenges by suggesting innovative solutions

Your story

– A passion for creating and a strong affinity for hands-on making
– Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
– Positive mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
– Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
– Solid understanding of computer-assisted manufacturing processes; experience with -slicing and CAM software is a plus
– Experience with 3D Printers is a plus

The Dream On Labs in Zurich are On’s in-house extensive prototyping facilities, where bold ideas from the brightest minds in R&D come to life. The Labs are home to a small, dynamic, and cross-functional team of experts, all driven by innovation. Together, we create cutting-edge prototypes, samples, and custom footwear in close collaboration with various research and design departments across On.
