VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional HR Analyst – Analytics and Insights to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let’s Talk about the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Analyst – Analytics and Insights to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data from multiple sources (e.g., HRIS, Power BI, engagement, onboarding, exit surveys surveys).
- Improve and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, DEI, engagement).
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders based on data trends and predictive analytics.
- Support in promoting of our continues listening strategy to increase response rat.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to identify data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Global HR Analytics team to continuously learn, share best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of analytics capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and trackers tailored to evolving business needs – such as monitoring new/replacement positions, and employee exits and other.
- Analyse current workforce data and collaborate with Finance team to reconcile forecast vs actuals.
- Partner with Finance to align workforce budgets with strategic plans.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused HR role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g.Workday, Medalia, Adpative, Smartsheet is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
