Your mission

As the Head of AI, you will be the driving force behind our AI initiatives, focusing on marketing, personalization, and the core AI platform. Your mission encompasses:

Strategic AI Leadership:
– Contribute to a compelling AI vision and strategy aligned with On’s overall business objectives.
– Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across marketing, personalization, and the AI platform.
– Drive the adoption of AI best practices and foster a culture of AI innovation across the organization.

Stakeholder Management & Influence:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, marketing, and engineering.
– Effectively communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to diverse audiences, from technical experts to business leaders.
– Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across the organization.

AI Platform & Solution Delivery:
– Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the development and implementation of On’s AI platform.
– Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting the evolving needs of the business.
– Lead the delivery of high-impact AI solutions in marketing and personalization, including causal inference and MMM models.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:
– Inspire and empower a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
– Provide mentorship and guidance, supporting the professional development of team members.
– Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the AI team and across the organization.
