  • ORDER PROCESSING OPTIMIZATION 
  • Efficiently and accurately confirm, process, and arrange shipping for orders to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Improve the order flow and provide clear and delivery information to customers. 
  • Manage returns and exchange processes and enhance customer support to improve satisfaction. 
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient staffing levels for optimal delivery performance. 
  • SITE IMPROVEMENT 
  • Implement proposals for improving site navigation and design aimed at enhancing user experience (UX). 
  • Analyze customer behavior data to develop strategies for improving site performance and conversion rates. 
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify effective marketing strategies and areas for site improvement. 
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders and work towards resolving issues. 
  • Collect customer feedback and utilize it for site improvement. 
  • DATA ANALYSIS / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT 
  • Optimize and streamline business processes. 
  • Propose the introduction of new tools and technologies. 
  • Identify bottlenecks in order processing based on order history and customer feedback and suggest improvements. 
  • Monitor KPIs to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of site improvements. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry (preferably 2+ years). 
  • Data analysis skills (experience with Excel and analytical tools). 
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and operations. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and teamwork. 
  • General IT / PC Skill, Excel Word, Power point
