Overview Business Description
- ORDER PROCESSING OPTIMIZATION
- Efficiently and accurately confirm, process, and arrange shipping for orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Improve the order flow and provide clear and delivery information to customers.
- Manage returns and exchange processes and enhance customer support to improve satisfaction.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient staffing levels for optimal delivery performance.
- SITE IMPROVEMENT
- Implement proposals for improving site navigation and design aimed at enhancing user experience (UX).
- Analyze customer behavior data to develop strategies for improving site performance and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify effective marketing strategies and areas for site improvement.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders and work towards resolving issues.
- Collect customer feedback and utilize it for site improvement.
- DATA ANALYSIS / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Optimize and streamline business processes.
- Propose the introduction of new tools and technologies.
- Identify bottlenecks in order processing based on order history and customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Monitor KPIs to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of site improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry (preferably 2+ years).
- Data analysis skills (experience with Excel and analytical tools).
- Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
- General IT / PC Skill, Excel Word, Power point
