Within the Brand department, your main missions will be to assist the creation of marketing concepts, tools & programs, lead the production & diffusion of the content campaign, coordinate external partners & agencies and ensure admistrative & legal requirements. 

Your main responsabilities aeras are: 

1. Assist the creation of marketing concepts, tools & programs:

  • Within the supersvision of the global marketing manager and the actiation specialist support and ensure the production of the communication toolbox
  • Provide the assets and content to experts
  • Diffuse the toolboxes to peers & parthners


2. Lead action, ambient, campaign (incl. Salomon TV) and lookbook photo & video shooting:

  • Contribute to brief definition (format & story-telling) and transform brief into content asset eco-system / list
  • Lead the production of content in line with Brand Sport Specialist brief: prepare content list, organize trip, order products, hire models and direct the shoot on location.
  • Organize reactive product photo shoot in studio or in situ for short term needs


3. Lead the content management:

  • Lead the curation of content: selection with agencies and Brand Sport specialist
  • Clean & sort the content: correction, naming, archive
  • Organize the diffusion of content


4. Support Social Media & community management programs:

  • Support content stream of vertical social media editorial calendar, together with Global Community Managers
  • Support content stream of seasonal campaigns on vertical Social media
  • Curation of third parties’ content (external agencies)


5. Stay tuned with trends and industry’s standards evolution:

  • Detailed competitive benchmark twice a year (photo & video)
  • In touch with external creative world on an on-going basis (forum, blogs, magazines)
  • Contact and test new photographers / video producers to renew our pool


6. Manage & negotiate photographers / video producers’ contracts, as well as models’ contracts:

  • Ensure we are in line with legal requirements
  • Negotiate competitive pricing


7. Build & nurture a great network of models:

  • Models which embodies our equity, fit our sample size and are available on short notice




1. Skills:

  • Foreign languages: proficiency in English
  • Computer skills: Command of Pack Office and Adobe Creative
  • Others:

– Video: good command of video editing: Adobe Première or Final Cut or or other social formats for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Snapchat

– Photo: photography experience is an advantage

– Digital / Social Media: knowledge of social media requirements / formats

– Graphics: Knowledge in image formats and Photoshop / Illustrator

Overall knowledge in the world of sports, media distribution networks, interest in consumers and marketing

  • Ability to work as a team member and to collaborate & influence in a Global matrix organization: Promote information sharing and team spirit, contribute to collective efficiency. Stay agile to adapt to a various scope of counterparts
  • Professional commitment: Demonstrate passion and personal investment in order to develop our brands and products

Specific transversal skills: organisation, good with relationships, at ease in a multicultural work environment, autonomous and capable of priority management, have an artistic eye. 


Available to travel / outside of usual working hours
