Join Amer Sports in a key role at the heart of our global Finance leadership. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Finance Leadership Team—helping drive company initiatives forward through efficient coordination and day-to-day support. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across global teams and senior leaders from our iconic sports and outdoor brands.

In addition to supporting the Finance team, you’ll also take the lead as Office Coordinator for our growing New York City office—ensuring everything runs smoothly, from building operations to creating a welcoming experience for guests.

What you will be doing:

Executive Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, tracking and reporting out key takeaways.
• Build connections across the organization and act as liaison among key stakeholders.

Office Coordination & Guest Experience

• Act as the Office Manager for the New York City office, liaising with building management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate visitor access and provide a high-level guest experience for board members, investors, and colleagues.
• Manage meeting logistics and office readiness, including catering and service requests.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in executive support or project management (additional experience may substitute for a degree)
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
• Comfortable managing confidential information and working behind the scenes
• Resilient, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Able to be present in the office as needed to support guests and the team

• A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $90,000 – $110,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.  Please note that the range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program
