JOB MISSION:

We are seeking a motivated and multifaceted Marketplaces Operations Intern to join our Marketplaces Team. During your 6 months duration internship, you will report directly to the Marketplace Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring the Marketplace engine works smoothly by bringing our operations to the next level. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product onboarding process, making sure we display New Balance products fast and with quality content. Moreover, you will be assisting our order fulfillment excellence, and coordinate with our logistics, customer service, and IT teams to ensure we hit the SLAs. The role is composed of a combination of implementing day-to-day activities and improving our existing processes.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supporting the Marketplaces Team on operational tasks, incidents, and improvements.

  • Supporting and assisting with the end-to-end product onboarding process, ensuring products launch across our marketplace accounts on time and with quality product data.

  • Coordinating across teams to ensure products have the necessary requirements to launch on marketplaces.

  • Working with our middleware providers and marketplace accounts on error resolution.

  • Coordinating samples and the send-out to different marketplaces.

  • Reviewing our existing product onboarding processes, defining, and implementing improvements to bring these to the next level.

  • Supporting hitting the order fulfillment SLAs. Monitor KPIs and coordinate actions with our logistics, IT, and customer service teams to meet targets.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  •  Diligent and passion to make things work.

  • Analytical skills and eye for process improvement.

  • Comfortable chasing different (internal and external) stakeholders to get things done.  

  • Understanding reporting and KPIs, and how to take actions based on these.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • Being Fluent in English, and other European languages is an advantage.

  • Eager to learn and to have a good time.
