In short

As an On Sales Operations Returns Specialist, your focus will be processing and overseeing returns for our regional accounts (retail partners). You will be responsible for processing return-related requests via email and through our proprietary systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics365. You will process requests through an analytical and data-driven perspective, while continuing to exhibit the core values of the On Spirits. As a Specialist, you will strive to find customized solutions for complex problems, working closely with Sales Representatives, Retail Partners, and Warehouse Teams. Researching, troubleshooting, problem-solving, data analysis and strong deductive reasoning skills will be necessary in the daily performance of this role. You will assist the Senior Returns Specialist in evaluating the returns process from start to finish and collaborate on ways to improve processes and procedures.

Your mission

– Monitor, investigate and flag issues pertaining to returns with our Sales Representatives, Retail Partners and Warehouse Teams.
– Process and track returns within ERP systems by analyzing daily reports from the warehouse, while meeting company KPIs for returns processing.
– Review and follow up on retail partner requests as they pertain to returns.
– Communicate daily with retail partners, Sales Representatives and Account Services members via email, Slack, Google Meet and other virtual meeting platforms.
– Collaborate with your fellow returns team members, Sales Representatives, and Account Services Representatives to streamline and simplify the process of returns.
– Process returns accurately and proficiently to ensure distribution of credits.
– Effectively analyze data from multiple systems to complete daily job tasks
– Create and own the how-to guide for returns and the local documentation of work instructions and processes.

Your story

– 1-2+ years of experience in Returns, Account Services, Logistics or Sales Operations focused roles
– Proven analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
– Organized, methodical and hands-on with a taste for continuous learning
– Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and process automation desirable
– Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
– Passionate, positive and demonstrates a willingness to connect and partner cross-functionally to deliver results
