In short

On is a fast-growing sportswear brand, and with this growth comes the exciting opportunity to become part of our DTC Operations team.

As a DTC (direct-to-consumer) Operations Specialist with a focus on retail inventory, you will work with our North American retail locations to maintain inventory levels and assist with backend inventory fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound orders, troubleshooting in Microsoft Dynamics D365, and managing and prioritizing multiple concerns simultaneously. You will process launch orders on time to get the product to the right place at the right time.

You will work with a core team at one of our North American offices and interact daily with our global retail and direct-to-consumer operations teams.

Your mission

– Assist with planning initial order arrival for new retail store openings, including writing up detailed order cadence plans
– Own the process of releasing and managing replenishment and launch orders, with attention to detail and start-to-finish follow-through
– Recommend and implement processes and projects that facilitate growth and efficiency in the DTC operations team
– Maintain a strong familiarity with the back-end systems that power our customer experience, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
– Respond to and troubleshoot issues with transfer orders in Microsoft D365 in real-time

Your story

– 2+ years experience in account management or operations
– Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar retail inventory management platforms a plus
– Willingness to work in the EST time zone
– Great attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building, listening, and questioning skills
