Role Overview

We are seeking an Outdoor Apparel Sales Manager to strengthen and expand Solamoda’s market presence in Germany, the UK, and the Nordics. This is a hybrid/remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe, combined with regular travel to our Swiss EU office, client sites, and international trade fairs such as ISPO Munich (30 Nov – 2 Dec 2025).

The role will focus on building and managing partnerships with outdoor and sports apparel brands, driving new business, and supporting Solamoda’s growth strategy in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for outdoor and sports apparel markets
Open new accounts and expand existing relationships with brands, retailers, and distributors
Negotiate and close long-term agreements with measurable growth targets
Align client needs with internal resources in design, R&D, and production
Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity
Represent Solamoda at trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, Sports, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in outdoor/sports apparel or related industries
Fluent in English and German; French or a Nordic language is a plus
Established network in outdoor/sports apparel preferred
Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and closing
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital sales tools (AI knowledge a plus)
Based and authorized to work in Switzerland or the EU
Willing to travel across Europe for client meetings and events
