We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and trend-savvy Sales Representative to join our growing Italian sales team, with a specific focus on lifestyle and fashion-driven accounts, including concept stores and sneaker boutiques.
This role is essential to elevating our Performance All Day (PAD) proposition in Italy and expanding our presence in the premium lifestyle segment.
Your mission
– Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with fashion/lifestyle field accounts, including concept stores, sneaker boutiques, and fashion-forward independents.
– Identify and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s Performance All Day vision and global brand direction.
– Drive sell-in and support sell-out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments.
– Deliver inspiring seasonal presentations and lead sell-in meetings that align with global product and brand narratives.
– Ensure brand consistency across accounts, from in-store experience to digital presentation, in coordination with our visual merchandising and marketing teams.
– Leverage data and market insight to guide assortment and account planning.
– Partner with customer service, operations, and finance to ensure high service levels and smooth execution.
– Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
– Maintain sales-related budgets and support forecasting and demand planning processes
– Act as brand ambassador in the field — visiting stores, participating in brand activations, and staying close to the lifestyle consumer.
Your story
– Typically 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or brand roles within the Sportswear, fashion, lifestyle or premium sneaker industry.
– Strong understanding of the Italian lifestyle retail landscape, especially in fashion-forward cities and regions.
– Passionate about style, culture, and community — with an authentic connection to the sneaker/streetwear world.
– Proven ability to manage premium accounts and build long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual growth.
– Commercially driven and analytically minded, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
– Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
– Fluent or C1+ level Italian and English (written and spoken) are required to fulfil this position due to the regional nature of the role and accounts and as English is On’s shared professional language.
– With proximity to Milan as this is On’s main Italy hub; with availability to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally within Europe.

As Sales Representative – Lifestyle, you will serve as the main point of contact for some of the most influential lifestyle and fashion retailers in Italy. Your role will be pivotal in consolidating On’s presence in the premium streetwear and fashion channel, translating our global brand strategy into tailored local execution.
You will collaborate with fellow sales team members, marketing, merchandising, and operations to bring the On brand to life in unique and engaging ways.
