In short
As the Senior Lead Retail Marketing you will work closely with the Regional Head of Brand Experience and Global Head of Retail Marketing to bring On’s global Retail Marketing vision to life across the EMEA Region. You will lead a team to elevate our brand across wholesale and DTC Retail through compelling marketing strategies, concepts and experiences.
Your mission
– Build, develop, and lead a high-performing EMEA Retail Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across B2B, WHS retail environments, and Visual Merchandising.
– Shape On’s retail brand experience for EMEA, working closely with Global Retail Marketing to adapt and implement innovative retail concepts (services, formats, campaign activations, and in-store experiences) tailored to regional market needs.
– Translate and execute On’s global retail brand strategy across all EMEA retail channels (B2B, DTC, DMS, and Distributor), ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regional marketing initiatives.
– Own the DTC Retail Marketing Plan across Regional Flagship, Chapter, and DMS stores—developing and delivering a compelling campaign calendar and localized brand moments that drive engagement and loyalty.
– Adapt and scale global toolkits to empower EMEA retail marketing and brand activation teams while ensuring consistency with On’s global framework and identity.
– Drive omnichannel integration across DTC and WHS, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey and elevate the On brand across all touchpoints.
– Lead with a strategic and solution-oriented approach, proactively addressing challenges while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Retail to align strategies with regional business goals, ensuring seamless execution and impact.
– Streamline and enhance processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of EMEA retail brand initiatives.
– Uphold and evolve On’s brand aesthetic and identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regional retail executions.

– Deep expertise in retail marketing, with solid brand-side experience, bringing a creative and solution-oriented mindset to strategy and execution.
– Strong understanding of the EMEA retail landscape, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regional nuances that shape retail marketing success.
– A keen eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring all retail initiatives are visually compelling and aligned with On’s brand identity.
– Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
– Proven success in managing agency partnerships and executing impactful marketing activations across diverse markets.
– Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change and driving continuous innovation.
