We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (W/M) to lead and coordinate all commercial, event, and administrative operations at the Salomon Performance Center. In this key role, you will be the interface between our teams and our partners, ensuring the visibility and performance of our brand.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: You will strengthen our relationships with clients, professionals, and institutions to maximize our market impact.
  • Management of Commercial Tools: You will update and utilize our databases to optimize our internal systems.
  • Sales Support: You will assist in developing sales across B2B and D2C channels, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Logistics and Orders: You will manage order entry, delivery tracking, and invoicing for multiple networks.
  • Administrative and Financial Tracking: You will perform accounting reconciliations, invoicing, and ensure efficient collection.
  • Budget Management: You will ensure adherence to budgets allocated for ambassadors, clubs, and athletes, while ensuring compliant distribution of products and equipment.
  • Sales Analysis and Forecasting: You will evaluate sales performance and propose strategic recommendations.
  • Event Management: You will oversee Salomon’s presence at key trade shows and events.
  • International Communication: You will disseminate critical information to our subsidiaries in various countries.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: You will lead projects related to the evolution of our business.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, or Management.

 Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a commercial or outdoor sports/industry environment.
  • Desired experience in the alpine or Nordic racing sector.
  • Passionate about winter sports with a solid understanding of the market.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable in presentations, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to your tasks.

 IT Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel.
  • SAP.

 Language:

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).

 Cross-Functional Skills:
