Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to shape On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways to support the Retail Teams.

Your mission

– Act as a true partner to the Retail business team by understanding the short and long term retail vision and be able to input your thoughts on the talent tactics.
– Input and implement the main talent initiatives for instance, supporting the communication and enabling leaders on organizational evolvement, leadership development, team engagement, people development and performance management.
– Retail FTE and workforce planning provide insights to Talent Acquisition in terms of developing talent profiles, targeted channels and creative hiring approaches in different cities across China.
– Work with Talent Operations and life cycle team to explore opportunities to ensure seamless workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll topics, work permits, etc.and data excellence.
– Together with the Retail Talent Lead to shape the On culture in retail and land it in all retails stores.
– Handle Employee Relation cases independently with legal support.

Your story

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:
– 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR Advisory / HR Business Partner role in an international, fast paced environment. Retail talent background is a must.
– A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when being challenged
– A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
– Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people
– Be able to take business trips regularly.
– Fluent in oral and written English
