We’re looking for a Purchase to Pay (PTP) Manager to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic value across our purchasing and payments processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a globally recognized, publicly listed company manages its end-to-end financial operations, working closely with top-tier brands and business partners across the world.

What you will be doing:

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

  • Manage the P2P team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery across global markets.
  • Oversee operational performance, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, SOX), audit processes, and internal policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to improve automation, speed, and service levels.

People & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing, motivated team of P2P professionals.
  • Define and execute development and training programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and ownership.
  • Act as a change ambassador, driving optimization and innovation across processes.

Business Partnering & Strategy

  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Align P2P strategy with broader business objectives, enabling smart growth and scalability.
  • Support finance leadership in driving the “One Finance” agenda across Amer Sports Group.

What you need to succeed:

  • Higher/postgraduate education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a finance leadership role within an international or shared services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement change, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of the full P2P process lifecycle, compliance frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills—able to turn data into insight.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable navigating matrix environments and working with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
