Mission
Reporting to the Senior European Key Account Manager, the Padel Strategic Key Account Manager contributes entirely to the business development with the targeted key accounts for Padel, the Babolat market share increase, the improved profitable growth of both actors.
The Padel Strategic Key Account Manager is the leader of the range management at the client’s, the lead of coordination with the activation and the data analysis. He/ she is a support for the orderbook management and the consumer activations plans.
Activités
Your challenges :
- Lead the Padel key accounts across Europe.
- Grow businesses in alignment with shared performance goals.
- Build strong, collaborative, and cross functional relationships with the teams in Europe, both centrally at the HQ and with local markets.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to build new joint business plans and the 360 support elements to maximize launch and brand potential tailored programs to our key accounts.
- Maintain the brand DNA and image at the heart of all activation.
- Ensure strong 360 planning, to maximize key account potential across all touch points for leadership including media, social, digital campaigns, site content, CRM and multi-platforms (app, social, site, retail) with optimized investment strategy.
- Reporting & analysis.
- Forecasting and budget management.
Profil
You have proficiency in negociation, you also have high level analytical and reporting skills.
Recognized for your communication skills, you are extremely organized and have an ability to prioritize. You can build strong relationship and works collaboratively cross functionally to drive business results.
Passionate about racket sports, especially Padel is a plus.
You are fluent in english and spanish. French is a plus.
