Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager, Digital Marketing to join our marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally strong Manager, Digital Marketing with an outstanding track record in progressive digital execution to lead our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing Dickies EMEA, and you’ll lead and elevate our digital presence across all key touchpoints and digital channels.

This role is critical in driving our eCommerce growth and ensuring our brand continues to resonate with culturally relevant audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing our brand & digital marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, SEO, social media, and content. With strong business acumen and deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, you will balance creative storytelling with performance optimization to deliver measurable impact on traffic, engagement, and full-price revenue growth.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Lead the social-first digital marketing strategy across all channels (paid media, SEO, CRM, social media), aligned with brand building and overall annual and mid-term business goals.

  • Develop and execute holistic digital media strategies and brand activation across the entire digital eco-system including eCommerce and digital players such as Zalando, ASOS and other digital marketplaces.

  • Drive traffic and revenue growth across our eCommerce platform through smart channel mix, performance optimization, and insight-driven decision-making.

  • Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns to maximize reach, conversion, and ROI across all digital channels and aligned with social-first digital marketplace strategy.

  • Define and track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, incrementality) and present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders and Brand Marketing team.

  • Lead agency and platform relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates) to maximise efficiency and accelerate innovation.

  • Oversee digital content production, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across owned, earned, and paid media.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Brand, Merchandising, Product, Marketplace & Sales) to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business strategies and overall annual marketing operational plan.

  • Manage and align digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across all digital channels and effectively monitor budget on a daily/weekly/monthly-basis to ensure continuous ROI optimization and best in class budget management

  • Build and automate best-in-class dashboards that surface real-time results and empower rapid decision-making.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of learning & innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Skills for Success

  • Deep understanding of the Dickies brand with a passion for the lifestyle fashion industry.

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics.

  • Strong business acumen to identify business needs and marketing trends.

  • Exceptional track record of minimum 5-6 years of digital marketing including eCommerce, digital marketing and media planning with at least 2-3 years of team management experience.

  • Fluency in growth metrics (ROAS, CPC, CAC) and advanced measurement (MMM, incrementality testing).

  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-channel campaigns and outperforming KPIs and performance targets.

  • Strong understanding of digital tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead agencies, content creators, inspire cross-functional teams and delivering against ambitious targets.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem and expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, social media, and content strategy.

  • Data-driven with an outstanding understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, high-performance environment with shifting priorities.

  • Outstanding communication skills, being able to articulate clear business direction and strategies to liaise between different departments, participate in commercial discussions and facilitate the unlock of business opportunities through social-first best-in-class digital marketing.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels.

  • Excellent professional English (plus minimum one other European language).

  • Proactive, highly structured and organised, thriving in balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Capacity to build highly effective relationships and facilitate change by encouraging others to seek business opportunities and disruptive, innovative approaches.
