In short
In this role you will drive and support wholesale initiatives to increase operational excellence within our distributors. Along with distributor management and internal alignment, your role will grow together with us as we continue to expand our wholesale channel. You will support internal system and process management, data analysis and regular report management and be responsible for leading wholesale related work, preparing for sales meetings, writing communication, etc. You will have the opportunity to shape and build On’s Wholesale landscape and support in setting the foundation for years to come.
Your mission
– Build and deliver the quarterly and monthly distributor operational roadmap
– Sales planning & analysis, participate team performance appraisal plan, and follow up the achievement of various KPIs
– Sales operation status and risk control tracking in data wise
– Formulated weekly, quarterly and annual sales plans & sales rolling forecast, prepare data for weekly meetings.
– Market intelligence and competitive product/sales information collection & analysis.
– End to end from sell in to sell out to analyze and monitor the ratio of pre order and reorder (e.g. as of today, pre order shipped and reorder) to ensure the sales opportunities will be captured and inventory healthy.
– Optimize the process for distributor management, and smooth collaboration with stakeholders involved
– Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive WHS Excellence.
– To account – enable and provide training to accounts in terms of systems and platforms
– For internal – to enable the sales representatives to better understand and use the process and system.
– Lead the sales meeting and yearly trading term renewal.

– You have strong experience in project management from start to finish coordinating cross-functional teams

– You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, but you also love rolling up your sleeves and doing the heavy lifting yourself.

In this position, you will be supporting the GC WHS team for bringing distributor management to the next level. Together with the sales team you will manage & communicate WHS workload to other departments and steer special projects to drive operational excellence.
