Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a (Senior) Specialist – Strategic Accounts & Disputes to join our Invoice to Cash team.
If you’re detail-oriented, experienced in SAP and customer operations, and enjoy solving complex issues, this role is for you!

You will support the North American market by managing key customer accounts, resolving disputes, and driving operational excellence across the order-to-cash process. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your input makes a real impact.

What you will be doing:

• Strategic Account Management: Handle the full scope of responsibilities for National Accounts—order release, claims and disputes, collections, and reporting.
• Dispute Resolution: Monitor and resolve customer disputes in a timely and effective manner, ensuring process adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Portal Operations: Work within various customer platforms to collect documentation, prepare claims, and follow up as required by internal procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and managers to ensure smooth operations and fast issue resolution.
• Daily Operations Excellence: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines, aligned with GBS targets.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports related to disputes and collections; identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively look for ways to enhance our processes and contribute to overall efficiency in the ItC function.

What you need to succeed:

• Solid understanding of the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process and its role in a global business service setting.
• SAP Finance expertise is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in dispute resolution and claims processes.
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
