Job Description

The Salomon Sales Operations team is looking for his/her future Project Assistant to support the replacement of our digital catalogs and order entry tool (sales tools platform).

Your missions will be to assist with the coordination of project activities:

  • Collect feedback from the field teams or HQ teams
  • Participate to workshops / Support the animation of workshops
  • Contribute to the redefinition or simplification of processes to fit our future platform (change management)
  • Act as an interface between our end users and the IT departments (internal or external provider)
  • Support administrative tasks according to the instructions of the project core team
  • Maintain project documentations
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication between all parties
  • Test and conduct user testing of the future platform
  • Contribute to the platform setup

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Specific Skills:
    • Good communication skills and team spirit
    • Organizational talent
    • A structured way of working
    • Analytical skills
    • Autonomous and proactive
  • Language(s): Excellent standard of English is a must, good standard of French is a plus
  • IT Skills: Tool oriented, Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack (Excel and Power Point mainly)

 

 

Additional Information

Contract: Internship, a convetnion agreement will be mandatory

Localisation: Annecy

Starting date: September 2025 for 6 months
