We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission
– Production Support: Assist Producers and Production Coordinators with tasks such as sample prep, travel and catering bookings, shoot deck updates, organizing logistics, sourcing props, managing equipment, coordinating talent, and setting up studios. Gain hands-on experience across a variety of shoots, including campaigns, e-commerce, sell-in, lookbooks, and trade assets.
– Samples Management: Oversee all aspects of product samples, from ordering and tracking to organizing, shipping (including carnet), and maintaining inventory. Gain product knowledge while learning tools like LaunchMetrics and navigating shipping platforms and international customs processes.
– Data Management: Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating shoot trackers, product information, and retouch notes. Support the Digital Asset Manager by uploading and syncing images to the website.
– Content Creation: Support our teams to produce diverse visual assets, including campaign, e-commerce and in-store videos, product photography, and branding materials.
– Quality Assurance: Develop an eye for detail by ensuring all photos and videos meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
– Industry Insights: Gain behind-the-scenes exposure to the workflows, problem-solving, and collaboration that drive the production of global marketing content.
