– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland

Your mission

– Work closely with the non-financial reporting team, contributing to developing our non-financial reporting and risk management function.
– Contribute to the successful implementation of a ESG reporting tool
– Provide support on day-to-day topics and be involved in implementing new projects
– Support different teams with the preparation of the enterprise risk management (tool support, report preparation)

Your story

– Ambition – Seeking a career in non-financial reporting and enterprise risk management (e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related subject)
– Cross-functional agility and learning – Ability to build relationships and work and learn effectively across various teams
– Curiosity, Creativity, and Innovation – A curious and ready to learn mindset, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
– Communication – Ability to communicate comfortably in English
