Job Description
As a Full-Time Floor Supervisor at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlet, you’ll play a key leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work closely with the store leadership team to support daily operations, guide a team of Sales Associates, and ensure every customer receives an engaging, helpful, and brand-aligned experience—even during peak periods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Support
- Act as a key floor leader, setting the tone for service, task completion, and team collaboration.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching, motivation, and support to part-time and seasonal teammates.
- Help execute the store’s daily plan and support store management in hitting sales and KPI goals.
Customer Experience
- Deliver warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service that meets the customer where they are—whether that’s browsing quickly or looking for product advice.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and poise.
- Reinforce loss prevention behaviors and practices on the floor.
Sales & Merchandising
- Model strong selling behaviors, help associates reach their goals, and support peak traffic periods.
- Maintain brand-level visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Ensure promotional updates, pricing accuracy, and restocking are executed in a timely manner.
Store Operations
- Keep the store floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
- Support stock handling, inventory organization, and shipment processing.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, cash wrap support, and other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
- Prior retail experience required; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Confident, approachable, and solutions-focused leadership style.
- Ability to lead through both example and encouragement in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for customer experience, brand storytelling, and team development.
- Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and digital transactions.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform floor-based tasks such as standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS
General:
- Full-time; schedule set by Store Manager based on business needs.
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts required.
Peak Periods:
- Black Friday: All employees are required to work the day after Thanksgiving.
- Holiday Season: Availability is required from the second week of December through the end of the holiday return window. Exact dates communicated annually.
Additional Information
COMPENSATION:
At the time of this posting, a reasonable estimated pay range is $22-26/hour. This range varies depending on the market location and type of store. Individual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-specific skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
