As a Finance Data Steward, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our financial data, supporting critical business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive data governance and ensure our financial insights are built on a strong foundation. What you will be doing:

• Own and manage financial master data (e.g., cost centers, internal orders, GL accounts) with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with data governance policies and support audit and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to maintain high-quality data across systems (SAP, cloud tools).
• Drive data cleansing and improvement initiatives, supporting integration of new tools or systems.
• Provide insights and reporting on data quality; support decision-making with reliable financial data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in financial data processes and governance.
• Stay up to date on best practices, tools, and trends in data management and cloud-based solutions.

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, financial master data management, or a similar role.
• Solid experience in financial master data processing, especially related to cost centers, internal orders, and GL accounts.
• Familiarity with SAP is essential, experience with additional ERP or financial systems is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Exposure to or understanding of cloud-based solutions such as Google Cloud is desirable.
• Proficiency in data governance, data quality management, and financial system processes.
• Experience with data management tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; ability to spot issues and proactively resolve them.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
