Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

– Duration: 6 months
– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland, availability to work onsite in Zurich 5 days per week

Your mission

– Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
– Assist with setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV equipment for meetings and events (projectors, microphones, video conferencing).
– Support the coordination and execution of internal IT for events, including equipment setup and basic user training.
– Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
– Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT service management system.
– Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities.
– Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.

The End User Services team serves as the primary point of contact for IT related issues. We are dedicated to resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges through both remote and on-site assistance, minimizing downtime, and continuously enhancing the digital workplace experience to empower employees to work efficiently and securely.
