In short

Our in-house Creative Studio brings On’s incredible stories to life. As we continue to grow, we’re in search of a Director of Creative Operations to join us, in Zurich. In this new role, you’ll be leading our in-house Creative Studio team and will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the creative output. We’re looking for someone who can interpret business requirements and briefs quickly and translate them into creative solutions together with the team.

Your mission

– Ensure the Creative Studio delivers successful campaigns that meet creative briefs
– Manage and improve end-to-end creative processes and workflows, making sure roles and responsibilities are clear
– Lead and develop the Senior Creatives with a focus on coaching and growth
– Develop and refine workflow processes, scheduling, and communication models
– Collaborate with the Brand, Digital, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations teams to create the best omni-channel campaigns
– Work closely with Studio Management on resourcing and capacity issues
– Maintain expertise in brand standards, design and production processes
– Act as the go-to person for all Creative Studio matters
– Challenge how things are done and test new ways of working
– Be an inspirational leader to a great group of people

Your story

– You’ll know what it takes to lead a large Creative Studio (80+ people) – having worked in a leadership role within creative operations for at least 10 years, through an agency or directly for a sports brand
– You’ll have a degree in marketing, business and/or management, with an interest in design and creative
– You’ll have a proven track record in managing large-scale creative campaign operations
– You have strong people management and leadership skills. We want you to lead but also inspire, hire and develop your team
– You’ll be a strategic, problem solver, combining creativity and pragmatism
– You’d love to live in Zurich
– Great communication skills are a must, with a high proficiency in English

Meet the team

You’ll lead a skilled studio consisting of Graphic Designers, Art Directors, GCDc, Digital Designers and Producers. You’ll help the team by streamlining and enhancing operational processes, and making the creative workflows more organized and measurable. Plus, you’ll act as a source of truth for all goings on within this field.
