We are looking for a Junior Outdoor Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing team (Marketing Manager, Marketing Activation Specialists) with the development and production of marketing materials and events aimed at promoting the brand through to the end consumer.

 

Campaign Management :  

• Supporting launches of the season’s key products
• Supporting the creation of global activation toolboxes (product, campaign, and technology assets & activation strategy)
• Agency briefings print and digital project monitoring (content production for Retail & Wholesale, organisation of specific product shoots)
• Coordination and inventory of samples
• Reporting of campaign results
• Benchmarks
   

Content :        

• Helping content managers to organise outdoor shooting: action (sport), look book, creation of tutorial and product videos, etc.
• Supporting product shoots (in studio) for the various communication channels.
• Collaboration with external service providers : photographers, printers, creative & communication agencies. 
• Supporting the images and videos database management on DAM (upload and tags)
• Support in graphic design with creation of our sell in assets.

 Sports Marketing/Influence :

• Management of orders/deliveries for ambassadors, events
• Stock management and dispatch of POS material

 

Qualifications

Profile & Skills:

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (Bac+3 or higher)
 

Languages: Fluent written and spoken English & French
 

Software: Proficiency in Office pack & Adobe suite software, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Première PRO.
