If so, Peak Performance is looking for you! We are now searching  for a Store Manager for our two Brand Stores in Karl Johans Gate and Bogstadveien and a Store Manager for Peak Performance Outlet in Vestby. 

As a Store Manager at Peak Performance, you will be responsible for maximizing store sales and achieving store sales goals. You will lead as a role model and make sure your store staff has the knowledge and skills to meet goals for sales and customer engagement. In addition, you will ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store through brand-specific service standards and by monitoring customer feedback. You will also inspire your team to engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and be an active brand ambassador within the community.

You will be responsible for achieving all financial and operational objectives, including expense control, loss prevention, store audits, and weekly reports as required.

For our store in Vestby its prefered that you have knowledge of driving buisness in an outlet.

Skills & Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results, proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results, good verbal and written skills in local language and English. The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
