We are an international company that is on a growth journey that means there are great development opportunities. We’re gearing up to launch our very first store in the UK, right in the heart of London’s Covent Garden. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets, KPIs and driving profitability for the store.
  • Developing and executing store-specific strategies to improve customer experience and increase footfall.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team and ensuring their ongoing development and motivation.
  • Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.
  • Maintaining an optimal and correct level of inventory and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures and managing store expenses within budget.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, the local community, and relevant stakeholders to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
  • Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Personal or professional experience with outdoor sports is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
