As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on ensuring a well-stocked store, maintaining its visual appeal, and actively contributing to achieving sales targets.

We are now searching for a full time sales assistant/ VM and a part time sales assistant for our Peak Performance store that is located at Karl Johans gate in Oslo. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to corporate VM guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and actively use selling techniques.
• Use Playbook selling skills actively to drive sales and meet objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.
• Preferred experience in retail or customer service.
