In short

The technology team at On is looking for a Program manager to lead critical cross-functional programs that will elevate how we build technology at On. The programs will span across data, operational excellence and strategic partnering initiatives. As the central source for cross functional programs, you’ll optimize resources, communicate with stakeholders, track progress and enable On to deliver on the most impactful company-wide tech initiatives.

Your mission

– Drive the implementation of the long-term business plan by overseeing and guiding program operations
– Work across technology teams and partner with business stakeholders to ensure delivery of milestones
– Set the standard for best practices of program delivery for technology at On
– Track progress against agreed upon initiatives and key results using the right tools
– Communicate performance and progress, risks and requirements to relevant stakeholders
– Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve blockers to initiative progress
– Effectively align stakeholders, engineering and cross-functional teams, technical leaders, and senior management with a strong focus on facilitating collaboration, communication, moderation, contingency planning and decision-making

Your story

– Project and program management experience in technology companies, with a bias for action
– Experience with defining, implementing and reporting based on KPI’s and SLA
– Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies and ability to adapt methodologies to an innovative and fast-growing company
– Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs within and across programs.
– Outstanding communication with the ability to navigate complexity, establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
– You are a Jira/Asana wizard, creating clarity out of chaos and breaking complex technical tasks into manageable and problem solving chunks
