Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity collaborate as part of the BP team on a variety of people-related topics. This role is for someone continuously seeking new and improved ways of working in the Business Partner space.
Your mission
– You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day questions and support through responding to Talent tickets, closely collaborating with Talent Business Partners.
– You will manage team member changes (systems changes and contract addendums), support with local documents & ensure data accuracy through data audits in Workday for your assigned area
– You will evaluate, drive process, guidelines and workflow optimisation – always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve
– Act as a member of the Talent BP team supporting the BP client group assigned with core Talent processes/milestones, e.g. salary review, engagement survey, integrated team planning process, 9-box calibration, etc. and ad hoc projects as assigned
Your story
– Have 2-6 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Processes, Candidate Experience, Customer Success, Events, Accounts Payable, BP Generalist or Talent Shared Services
– Know when process and structure can be used as an enabler of innovation
– Have solid experience in working with processes, data and systems
– Good understanding of a business process being analyzed and how it affects the various functions. Workday knowledge is a big plus
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking outside the box
– Have the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important
– Fluent in English and German
