What you will be doing:

As our System Admin and Master Data Owner, you’ll be the go-to expert for SAP Ariba and related sourcing tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the Data: Own and maintain SAP Ariba master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across procurement activities.
• System Monitoring & Support: Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and proactively prevent disruptions.
• Leading Change: Support tool implementation and onboarding for new entities, both functionally and from a data perspective.
• Driving Innovation: Propose and roll out new functionalities to improve user experience and process efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the tool administration team and stakeholders to ensure system alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to procurement processes and tools.
• Staying Current: Coordinate system maintenance and updates to keep tools running at their best.

What you need to succeed:

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, procurement, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid understanding of SAP Ariba functionality and administration, including PO management and MM processes
• Proficiency in user and role management, system configuration, and data handling within Ariba
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying root causes
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international work environment
