Our On Hong Kong Team is excited to offer the position of Sales Representative. This position will be based in Hong Kong and need to travel to Shanghai for meetings. Your mission

– Plan and implement wholesale sales strategies to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
– Lead wholesale sales team to ensure sales targets achievement, expand the wholesale network, and foster partnerships with the wholesale accounts.
– Hands-on account management of key strategic partners.
– Manage and monitor inventory levels.
– Work with a sales support team to ensure smooth operation and excellent account service.
– Analyze sales data and conduct performance evaluations.

Your story

– Minimum 3 years of wholesale sales/business development/account servicing experience; retail experience is an advantage
– Strong business sense, good problem-solving, and result-oriented
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers, proficient in EXCEL
– Passion for sports, running or outdoors is an advantage
– Self-motivated and committed.
