The world’s fastest growing sportswear brand is looking for a specialist in digital marketing who will lead all brand and performance campaigns related activities for Zalando and future online marketplaces in the EMEA region. Being part of our Marketplace Team, you will be responsible for seasonal planning of marketing activities, analytics and execution together with various stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to develop a new business model for On from a digital marketing side, work closely with our EMEA E-com Team and drive key strategic initiatives in alignment with the wider marketing organization.

Your mission

– Own the annual advertising budget planning, marketing calendar creation and in-year efficiency goals for your channel
– Define and execute campaign strategies for branding and performance activities, spanning display media and sponsored product campaigns, influencer and event cooperations
– Support the consumer’s onsite experience by managing elevated brand content e.g. Brand Homes, or styled PDP photo shoots
– Align closely with relevant EMEA E-commerce stakeholders for product strategy, performance marketing and promotional strategy to drive topline sales growth and consistency across channels
– Drive historical metrics analysis to better understand trends and consumer insights for your channel, translate them into actionable insights and goal setting
– Lead marketing alignment meetings with Zalando key stakeholders to ensure close collaboration and understanding of shared brand vision and strategy
– Optimize ways of working by contributing to setting up new processes and reports

Your story

– You have between 4-5 years of work experience in a similar digital marketing role, e-commerce, or retail media environment, ideally within the fashion or sports industries
– You have proven analytical and creative skills with a strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and paid channel activations
– You are excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships
You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously and embrace learning opportunities
– You are self-motivated and determined to deliver assigned targets in a fast-changing setup
– You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Meet the team

The DTC Ecommerce Team brings together a large and diverse group of planners, engineers, designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists. The team is responsible for distributing On’s products directly to our final customer, creating winning digital solutions and tailoring campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. Within this team the Marketplace Function specifically leads all business relationships and day-to-day trading with Zalando. The shared goal? Efficient global growth at high speed.
