We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer with a strong focus on animation and crafting visually stunning experiences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic animations and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and interaction.

Your mission

– Collaborate with designers and developers to conceptualize and develop highly innovative, visually stunning experiences across various digital platforms
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
– Able to quickly prototype solutions and navigate ambiguous problem sets
– Hands-on contribution to the development process, working on complex technical tasks, tackling challenging problems, or providing support and guidance to team members as needed
– Committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in creative coding, interactive design, and digital experiences
– Technical leadership within their teams or organizations. Contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making processes
– Play a key role in setting technical direction, defining best practices, and driving innovation within their areas of expertise.
Experience leading complex projects and mentoring teams

Your story

– Significant experience with creative coding techniques and libraries (e.g. Three.js, OGL, Gsap, Anime.js, P5.js, etc )
– Solid understanding of shaders and 3D graphics render pipeline
– Deep understanding of WebGL, WebGPu and 3D frameworks like Three.js, OGL and Babylon.js
– Animation / Motion design ( Gsap or other animation tools )
– Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
– Performance optimization (reducing re-renders, offloading computations)
